National Scouting Association, set up on November 6th, 2013, is an independent commercial structure, whose primary focus is to follow junior prospects of various ages and provide hockey clubs, Russian Ice Hockey Federation, and other hockey organizations, both national and international, with the necessary information for building junior, senior, and national teams.
The company staff includes Russian and foreign scouts with long employment record in hockey clubs and leagues all over the world.
The company is headed by Association President - Evgeniy Zimin, two-time Olympic Champion and legendary participant of the 1972 USSR - Canada Summit Series.
The Association provides scouting coverage in Russia, CIS countries, Baltic states, Eastern, Northern, Central and Western Europe, as well as in North America.
