The National Scouting Association updates its 2014 NHL Draft Eligible List:

The National Scouting Association is glad to release the 2014 Mid-Season NHL Draft Eligible List. We believe that these young prospects are talented enough to be picked by the teams of the world’s best hockey league. This is a preliminary list of players, which also includes those talented players that did not receive enough attention from the coaches of the Russian national team. The list is subject to changes, including after the World U18 Championship.
