Maik is our youngest member and he is originally from Germany and has over 9 years of experience in the sport of ice hockey in coaching and scouting. He has a diploma in Sports Management and is also well-educated in Athletic Coaching.

During the years that he has been working in Hockey, he has scouted a lot of "unknown" young players and helped them to get up to the pro hockey. His philosophy is "Hard work, passion, loyalty and sacrifice is the most important to have success in sports and life”. He is a mentor for young prospects and has outstanding knowledge about the mental aspect of sport.
